Health and Fitness Plans

Grandmaster Linda Low is a qualified naturopath, counsellor and Reiki master, and has a PhD in Social Anthropology. As well as developing the martial artist aspects of thePeaceful Warrior, she can assist with a total health plan including herbal medicines, nutritional, dietary, exercise, personal issues and lifestyle goals.
